Refunds will be issued for all purchases up to 30 days from purchase date. All refunds are subject to a 50% admin + processing fee.

All registrants need to purchase a Full Festival Pass or a Single Day Pass.

Meal Plans, Accommodation, and Field Trips are not included in Festival Passes and must be purchased separate/added during checkout.

***Your online transaction record is proof of registration and will be exchanged for a Festival Name Tag on the day of registration.***

Please bring digital or paper proof of your transaction when picking up your Festival Name Tag.

The parties agree that the Halifax courts located in Halifax Regional Municipality, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all controversies arising under this agreement and agree that venue is proper in those courts.

By accepting our Terms and Conditions you agree to not hold the Waldorf Alumni/ae World Festival or any of its organizers responsible or liable in any manner or for any reason, either directly or indirectly, and that by clicking the box you are testifying that you have read and clearly understand all of the terms and conditions, risks and dangers expressed or implied, here and in other places on the website.

By accepting our Terms and Conditions you also agree to forgo the right to make any claims against the Waldorf Alumni/ae World Festival or its organizers, either directly or indirectly related to any and all activities taking place during the Festival including, workshops, accommodations, meals, outings, field trips, tours, hikes, bus rides, walks, creative arts, plenums, festivities, dances, music nights, and any other activity that might arise during the course of the Festival.

By accepting our Terms and Conditions you agree and understand the Waldorf Alumni/ae World Festival and its organizers are in no way liable or responsible for your own safety, wellbeing, or comfort, and that you have agreed to attend the festival through your own volition, or freedom, and that you assume all responsibility, and risks related to your own personal wellbeing and safety.
